Mission

What you will drive

  • Data management and tracking for membership engagement, School of Political Leadership applications, participant onboarding materials, donor database, and hiring
  • Research and logistics for all in-person event planning including values-aligned venues and vendors, travel arrangements, accommodations, meal arrangements, and expense tracking
  • Managing logistics for all virtual events including registration, technology (primarily Zoom), and follow-up
  • Supporting Finance Manager with regrants, honoraria, stipends & expense coding, and monitoring email communications, listservs, and Google Drive

  • Organized with ability to prioritize multiple demands and meticulously track details like financial expenses and event logistics
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with Spanish-language skills as a plus
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Google suite, Excel, Mentimeter, CRMs like AirTable, Zoom, Asana, and Slack
  • Equity driven with commitment to movement work and understanding of racial, economic, environmental, and disability justice intersections

Annual gross pay of $75,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience and location.
