Accounts Payable Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including payment approvals, invoice processing and vendor management
• Work with the finance and compliance team to ensure federal, state, and local campaign finance regulations are met
• Support the preparation of financial statements and documentation for audits
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

This role supports financial operations for organizations running high-impact campaigns and initiatives to make the world a better place, ensuring compliance with campaign finance regulations that enable effective advocacy work.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on accounts payable
• Previous experience working on political campaigns or in a non-profit organization is highly desirable
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
