What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review invoices for accuracy, approval and completeness for payment, and prepare payment packages
- Process checks and wire transfers to vendors and staff, ensuring proper documentation and signatures
- Maintain accurate payment records and reconcile subsidiary ledgers with general ledgers
- Generate accounts payable reports and provide data for internal and external audits

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field
- 4 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting applications/ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Strong MS Excel skills and effective communication abilities
