What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Review invoices for accuracy, approval and completeness for payment, and prepare payment packages
  • Process checks and wire transfers to vendors and staff, ensuring proper documentation and signatures
  • Maintain accurate payment records and reconcile subsidiary ledgers with general ledgers
  • Generate accounts payable reports and provide data for internal and external audits

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting applications/ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills and effective communication abilities
