Account Manager

• Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners, helping to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via
• Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and entrepreneurial approach to ensure success of Via solutions in cities
• Deliver insightful analysis from large quantities of data to help executives decipher mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends
• Negotiate multi-year and highly complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant client-facing work experience (consulting, consultative customer success, or high-growth company experience)
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with high responsibility, not deterred by setbacks or pivots
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm in complex, politically sensitive situations
• Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy, able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize numbers into actionable recommendations
• Reliable, motivated self-starter with growth mentality and excellent team player skills

• Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 (final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills)
• Salary does not include equity or variable pay where applicable
