Mission
What you will drive
- Manage existing key customer accounts, advising on regenerative agriculture & sustainability approach, developing long-term strategy, and leading renewal/expansion opportunities
- Engage with senior executives (VP & C-level) to nurture relationships and network into new teams/business units
- Develop strategic account plans to delight customers, secure renewals, and drive growth in partnership with Account Executive
- Advise customers on regenerative agriculture, GHG accounting, soil carbon modeling, and remote sensing, collaborating with subject matter experts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-7 years in account management, enterprise sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing and quota-carrying experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience and passion in agriculture, carbon, sustainability, climate tech or transferrable sustainability spaces (or desire to learn quickly)
- Excellent executive communication skills and experience working in a global environment
- Experience building, pricing, negotiating, and closing complex relationships and deals with proven success in mutual growth
