Account Manager - North London

• Create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers
• Attend face-to-face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to used car dealers
• Ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies
• Manage existing used car dealers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets

This role contributes to Tandem's mission of making it easier for more people to live a greener lifestyle by building relationships with used car dealers and offering competitive finance terms, supporting the bank's quest to revolutionize how people save, borrow, spend, and share while nurturing our planet.

• Effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers
• Ability to work independently, setting own priorities and taking a lead role
• Can work under pressure in a target-driven environment with capacity to prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational and time/diary management skills
• Can research, digest, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required
• Can present to motor dealers of all sizes and types

Salary: up to £47,500 and up to 20% bonus, car allowance of £600 per month
