Mission
What you will drive
- Generate leads through strategic prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Prospect into, qualify, and close a high volume of deals with mid-market accounts in education, food retail, service, and cold storage industries.
- Execute all aspects of the sales cycle from first call to close with support from marketing and customer success teams.
- Consistently exceed monthly goals, pipeline metrics, and other KPIs while navigating customer organizations to identify key decision-makers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Possess a 4-year degree or equivalent sales experience with experience in sales or sales support roles.
- Have experience working with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with high professional resilience.
- Must be coachable, competitive, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments while being driven to work at companies that impact CO2e emissions.
