Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and providing regular updates to the Head of Sales.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of progressive industrial and/or project development business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in a complex sales environment.
  • Experience in industrial equipment sales or energy savings contract project development preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
