Implementing partner

• Identify and secure funding from donors and grants to support organizational projects.
• Develop and write project proposals, such as a piggery project to sustain sports activities and operational costs.
• Establish long-term fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability.

This role directly supports single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and children in Uganda by securing resources for sports and livelihood projects, fostering community health and unity.

• Professional experience in project implementation, preferably with community-based organizations (CBOs).
• Proven track record of securing funds for projects supporting women, youth, and children at an international level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Swift Sports Organisation (SSO) is a community-based organization in Uganda that started with four single mothers and now engages over 86 members through netball and football clubs, aiming to uplift single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and children through sports and sustainable projects.
